In a bowl, pour the warm milk over the oats and let them soak for a few minutes to soften.

In another bowl, mash the banana with a fork until it has a purée-like consistency.

Add the egg, cocoa powder, baking powder, and, if desired, sugar. Mix the ingredients well.
4. Add the soaked oats to the banana mixture and stir until combined.

5. Grease a small baking tin with vegetable oil and pour in the prepared mixture.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until the dessert is set.

7. For the glaze, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, then mix it with the warm liquid cream until you obtain a smooth consistency.
