Step 1: Preparation
Ingredients
Defrost and thoroughly drain the spinach to remove excess water. Gently press with paper towels if necessary.
Cut the artichoke hearts into small pieces for easier mixing.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, and crème fraîche until well combined.
Add the spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, lemon juice, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Bake
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
