7. Always have something to look forward to.

A favorite dish. A short outing. A walk. A book you want to buy. A dessert you like. Small or large, it doesn't matter.
Having something planned gives meaning to time. Without anticipation, the days pass, but life is not fully lived.
Expect something, even something simple. It can transform an entire week.
8. Maintain at least one regular human connection
A weekly phone call. A coffee every two weeks. Someone who knows you're there – and whose presence you also look forward to.
It doesn't have to be deep. Sometimes, a light conversation is enough. What matters is knowing that someone would notice your absence.
Human connection is not an option. It is a form of care.
