Crispy striped potatoes

Instructions:

 

Prepare the potatoes:

Preheat to 220°C. 

Wash and dry the potatoes well.

With a sharp knife, make shallow crosswise cuts (about 1/4 inch deep) across the top of each potato.

Season the potatoes:

In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary. 

Place the potatoes on a baking tray and brush generously with the oil mixture over each one, making sure it seeps into the cuts.

Bake to perfection:

Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Let them cool down a little before serving.
